What does Rewind record?+
Rewind captures a selected meeting window, application audio, and your microphone in separate original tracks. Choose your default microphone, include all microphones, or record application audio only.
Does a bot join my meetings?+
No. Rewind runs directly on your Mac. It records the window and audio you choose, without adding another participant. Always let the people in your meeting know you’re recording.
Where do my recordings go?+
Your original recordings and meeting archive stay on your Mac. Transcription and summary processing depend on your selected settings and models; review those settings before enabling an external service.
Which Macs are supported?+
The native app requires macOS 15 or later. Public downloads will be available once the first signed release is published.
Do I need an account to record?+
The current Mac app records locally without a web account. Your web account is a separate place for your profile and future account services; it does not upload or sync your recording library.
